Springfield Partners for Community Action is partnering with Way Finders to support households in the community who are at risk of becoming homeless, experiencing a housing crisis, or facing eviction. You may be eligible for the RAFT program if you:
- Received a “notice to quit” for non-payment of rent and are at risk of being evicted.
- Are experiencing a housing crisis and need moving costs.
- Have a utility shut off notice.
