Help with high heating bills
Our Emergency Heating Assistance Program helps Hampden County homeowners and renters who don’t qualify for fuel assistance vouchers, yet are still struggling to pay their heating bills. Program eligibility is determined by family size, gross annual income, and economic hardship.
