This event will provide awareness of the disparity of unbanked BIPOC individuals, particularly Latinos, in the Springfield, MA MSA. The event also aims to encourage efforts by community stakeholders to help BIPOC individuals in the community enter the banking system, principally through access to low-cost transaction accounts available in the area.

Tabitha Deplaines, Director of Community Services for Springfield Partners for Community Action will be a speaker at this event.
